Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Caused By COPD And Arthritis

hello, my mom copd and arthritis and other issues. My question is for two days now she has been in so much pain in her lower extremities and I finally got her to go to the hospital. What can possible cause this? She does have bursitis and is on a steroid but usual the pain leaves right away. I am wondering if its not her heart and the pain is affecting her in other places?

hi,

thank you for providing the brief history of your mom.

The pain in the legs is Not connected to the heart .

let me make a small understanding here first about COPD, Arthitis, Bursitis and Steroids.

COPD - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease - this disease leads to obstruction to her normal breathing pattern. - what happens with this COPD? She is have inefficient breathing which is not allowing the metabolism to be charged. Top of it the lungs consume the maximum energy of the body for balancing the needs of the body as a whole unit. - remedy - is to perform regular breathing exercises, Along with general body exercises as it will help the body to balance the oxygen needs for the lungs and other cells of the body.

Arthritis - it is degenerative changes occuring and the degenerative changes are irreversible. only balance system can be developed is to strengthen the muscles which will help her to reach the ADL with a little ease. and for muscles to strengthen the oxygen plays a role and for which the breathing exercises are recommended

Bursitis - is the inflammation of the Bursa. there are a number of Bursa in human body which acts as a protective mechanism. For this again the normal joint space is needed for which the muscles has to be stronger.

steroids - these are of great help chemical composition but it works symptomatically and also has some side effects of which few are known and few are known. So to neutralize the activity of the chemical compound of steroids exercise works to an extent of excreting it out of the body through the excretary organs.

also to understand that the COPD and arthritis parents needs to take assistance from a physical therapist who will make her help to perform regular exercises and exercise is the best medicine to improve the metabolism and immune system.

also to not ignore that the physician guided therapy for any pain and aches is symptomatic and the physician puts his all effort to lower the medicine dose and allow the body to come to normal physiological state.

body is a self production house of medicine. what we input from outside is symptomatic always .

I recommend you to consider a physical therapist and take further assistance for her COPD, arthritis, bursitis and let pain related issue.

with the grace of God I wish your mom a speedy recovery.
