Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Arm And Shoulder Post Injury

2 weeks ago I injured my shoulder playing golf. After playing I had pain just below my shoulder in my back that went down my left arm. Today I stumbled and jerked the left side and had instant intense pain in my left arm and just below my shoulder. It is still fairly intense after a couple of hours. Have I torn something?

1. It seems to be like rotator cuff problem or acute soft tissue injury [brachial neuritis] thus check with an Orthopedic surgeon for necessary examination
and investigation.
PS. an EMG test will help differentiate two things apart from X-ray
2. apply diclofenac gel, locally [local anti inflammatory]
3. tablet combiflam [analgesic + anti inflammatory]
4. tablet bidanzen, if contusion [anti inflammatory enzymes]
5. Muscle relaxant alone or with a NSAIDs.
