Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Groin Area Post Exercise
I have pain in my groin area when I stand up most of the time and especially after exercise. It has just started and I am doing nothing different. I have lost about 8 lbs in the last month and have started no new medication. Over the counter pain medication does lessen the intense pain. Pain can be so severe that I cannot walk.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
As per your symptoms you must be facing some muscle or ligament tear due to exercise. Normal pain killers would not help. You should try some muscle relaxant such as Chlorxoxazone, along with pain killer such as diclofenac. Combination of both is readily available in market. You should also use gels such as volini. They will provide localized pain relieving action along with hot fermentation. Slowly start walking & return to your normal schedule. A physical trainer or physiotherapist may help you in returning to normal activity
If pain persist, visit a orthopaedic surgeon Hope this information helps
