Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Knee While Bending Post A Fall
Hit my knee falling because of ice. Now I cannot bend my knee. No swelling or pain while pressing on my knee cap or back of knee. No pain while walking. Pain only when bending knee, going up and down stairs is brutal. Four days since fall. Recommendations?

An MRI may be required to define the extent of damage.
May be you need a plaster or slab yo immobilze your leg for about 6-8 weeks alongwith NSAID Painkillers.
