I have been feeling pain in my arms but more in the right arm for a while now. But this last 4 days the pain in my right arm is so much i can hardly raise my arm overhead. I can only raise my right arm with the help of my left hand but still it is so painful. If with the help of my left hand i raise my right arm up to shoulder level then let go my left hand, i can't hold my right arm in place with out pain. What shall i do? Thank you in advance for your help.
