Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In The Heel Post Delivery
Hi wife delivered our second baby in March , during the last part of pregnancy she started getting a pain in her heel bone and now it s 3 months passed still she gets the pain and it goes sever in the morning while she gets up . what would be the best way to manage this pain as she she a feeding mother and paracetamol -650 sos is not responding that well.
This might suggest plantar fasciitis. If paracetamol is not helping, a short course of NSAID drugs might help. Wearing a soft slippers also is important. Avoid high heals. Resistant cases may need steroid injections there. Kindly consult a PMR (physical medicine and rehabilitation) specialist for evaluation.
