Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In The Rib Cage And Shoulders Post Injury

I fell off my carving bike today, it flipped up in the air out from underneath me, I went up in the air, turning, parallel to the cement and came down on my right breast and ribcage area, with the pain going right thru to my right deltoid. Hurts to breathe, stabbing pain underneath right breast on bone, extreme pain getting up from bed , and raising arms. Im a 55 yr old female, and when I hit the pavement it knocked the wind out of me, and I couldn t move for several seconds

As you have mentioned that you fall off while driving your bike, there is every possibility that you may have injured your rib bones badly.
My advice is that consult surgeon or Orthopedic doctor at the earliest. Get your chest x-ray, Upper limb X ray and Abdominal ultrasonography done. This will give an idea about bony injuries and any internal organ damage or injury and accordingly your management will be planned.
Meanwhile till you reach hospital, support your upper body and chest with splint like hard pad, do not move too much, immobilize the portion, take some pain killers like aceclonefac.
