Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain In Throat Due To Extreme Cough And Vomiting
I broke a blood vessel in my throat from puking and coughing so much when I had the flu a couple days ago and everything I eat/drink hurts my throat BUT milk doesn t irritate my throat. What can I do to help heal my throat? Also what can I eat/drink to help heal my throat?

Kindly donot worry it will heal in a week's time.
Eat a bland diet and preferably mashed rice and mashed potatoes and milk.
You can take antibiotics if you have not taken yet. Kindly consult a physicin for medications like Amoxycillin 500mg thrice daily for 5 days(provided you are not allergic to penicillins)
A cough suppresant syrup shall give relief.
