Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Near Pubic Area

I fell on a large rock wall while mowing a hill about 6 months ago I hit right about my pubic region and was unable to walk or stand without excruciating pain for a week I went to the hospital and they took X rays and said b I was in the clear on fractures but I still have a quarter sized bruise like spot that is tender to the touch tho u gh it doesn t inhibit my ability to walk, I m a 23yo male and in great health I eat clean and exorcize regularly, is this problem something I should be worried about?
