Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain While Bending Over Post A Fall

i just fell from a ladder at a height of 10 and I landed directly on a small ladder mate, which is a small isosceles triangle shaped device. I fell directly onto my lower back and now it s extremely painful to bend over and touch my toes. I don t have a head ache or any numbness or any difference in color of my legs

For pain you can take Tab Flexon MR locally you can apply diclofenac gel and hot pads. If pain is not relived then I would suggest you to consult with an orthopedic doctor and get X-ray done to rule out any injury to your bones. Take rest.
