Suggest Remedy For Severe, Sharp Headaches After Being Treated For Bronchitis
Hi. I had bronchitis that would not leave for a good solid month. My Dr. finally prescribed levofloxacin & that got rid of it for the most part. The problem is, during the first two weeks of this, my headaches would get very severe- mostly on the left side of my head above the ear. When I coughed it felt like a hammer in that spot. That Finally went away for several days (maybe a week), but has since returned & has not gone away. I ve been done with the antibiotic for a week now, and the headache still persists. It hurts when I bend over, move too quickly, or sneeze/cough. I have a general headache (all over) most of the time, as well but I m obviously more concerned about the extremely sharp pains on the left side. Any advice?

It looks like its due to concomitant sinus infection and causing pains on bending and coughing. Especially frontal and maxillary sinusitis cause such issues.
You need to take Ibuprofen800mg twice daily for headache. And if you feel that worse left sided headache, take Advil Migrain 2 tablets once a day at the time of pain episode. skip the next Ibuprofen800mg dose if pain relieved after advil.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
Have a wonderful time ahead.
Best Regards!
