After rest at night in the morning the leg is normal no swelling but only the elevated portion of the surgery. I feel uncomfortable to walk naturally.Suggest me or advice me.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Swelling, difficult walking and pain are expected after surgery.
Swelling is secondary to collection of tissue fluid post-surgery.
You need to consult a physiotherapist for exercises which will increase your mobility and increasing movement will reduce pain and swelling.
Thus, physiotherapy and exercising will reduce pain and swelling.

Thanks and take care
