Suggest Remedy For Severe Vertigo

I have had a fall with multiple facial fractures, concussion and bleeding on the brain. I was on induced coma for 3 days in ICU and in hospital for 3 more days. A result of this was full numbness on my left side; right through my head, torso, everything. It then went into tingling after a couple of months and, though better, is still going on. Over the last 6 to 8 weeks I ve experienced 24/7 wooziness (after being treated for vertigo in the beginning) and unsure footing, causing danger of tripping (which happened 4 days ago with my head hitting the floor). I am taking drugs for fibromyalgia, which I ve been on since 2004. The only new drug is cymbalta for the nerve tingling. Is there anything I should worry about with the wooziness and falling. Of course, I know falling is extremely dangerous. What is going on with me?

HI
Thanks for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and I would say that you have history of Head injury and other injuries too, and already treated for vertigo so in my opinion this could be due to the head injury only, and this is nothing to worry this would come around soon, take care and have a nice day,
I find this answer helpful
