Suggest Remedy For Shaky Hands And Pain In Forearms And Wrists
I ve just returned to work part time after 15 months maternity leave. My daughter is not sleeping well, so I m up with her for 1-4 hours a night. I struggle to get to sleep when I go to bed and then back to sleep after settling her. My hands are shaky, my forearms and wrists are aching and I keep feeling overwhelmed and enraged. What s wrong and what can I do?
HI Well come to HCM Such symptoms could be due to less sleep you need to take enough of sleep to get rid of this condition, some time such symptoms may be age related but this is not given here, this could be due to some endocrine dysfunction, or may be due to menopause and some time due to both, and these need to be investigated also, hope this information helps, take care.
