Suggest Remedy For Sharp Pain In Elbow, Wrist And Abdomen Post Injury

I fell down icy cement stairs yesterday and now my elbow and wrist hurts with an odd sharp pain every time I move it. Also my knee randomly is tightening and getting locked in one spot and I have very sharp pain, both ankles also feel weird. I threw up last night in the middle of the night, large amounts and was a medium brown ish color. My abdomen also feels very odd pain around my liver area, every time I breathe in it hurts very bad. What should I do
