Suggest Remedy For Sharp, Painful, Hard Spot Below Anus

I have a painful hard spot almost an inch or two down my buttcrack. It s not right at the top but a little bit down. It s still above my anus. It is very painful. It hurts so bad to sit down or bend over. A sharp and sore pain that makes me cry out. My chiropractor doesn t believe it s my coxyx or tailbone...she thinks it s muscular (of course.) I ve had back issues on either side of my butt for the last few years....close to my sacroilliac joints. Please help.

Hello
Looking at your history this could be hemorrhoids skin tag or inflamed anal gland

in my opinion you should consult a general surgeon for per rectal examination and few tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC and liver function test
if you can upload me complete medical history and your dietary habits and work culture I will be able to help you better

you should avoid constipation by taking laxatives or stool softening agents like liquid paraffin
have plenty of fluids
use antiseptic or anaesthetic ointment like lignocaine to be applied locally

Hope this helps you
regards
