Suggest Remedy For Shooting Pain In Neck And Shoulder
I woke up 4 weeks ago one morning with a kink in my neck/shoulder. Ever since my bicep gets shooting pains when bending my elbow or moving my shoulder a certain way when trying to sleep and also my thumb and index finger start to tingle and gets numb. Would a neck/shoulder massage get rid of this?

Sometimes the nerve which supplies one half of your hand can get compressed when you sleep causing the above symptoms..
Don't worry..It will slowly come down.. Yo can use some pain killers if there is severe pain..
Don't restrict the movements of that hand..
Keep moving it slowly..
Massage can be done to relieve the compression
