ExperiencING shortness of breath, no energy, and waking up with headaches. I am on hbp meds and monitor BP every other day. On meds, BP is 123/74, resting pulse 74. I am overweight, activity level currently low because of tiredness and shortness of breath. Temps have been averaging 85-107 with heat index. Humidity at 85 %. Drink 50+ oz. water daily and have decreased soda intake frim 2-3 daily to 1 a week. Don t like this feeling.
Hello I share your concern and I will definitely help you in best possible way. At the outset I would like further information for better assessment of the condition like Your age, sex and relevant medical history like diabetes or any hormonal disorder? Since how long you have this problem?
I would advise you for a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin, CBC and liver function test, blood sugar and urine microscopy
In my opinion you should take deep breaths and multivitamin supplements with ranitidine or pantoprazole group of drugs for 5 to 7 days If it doesn't improve than you should see a nearby doctor for physical examination and investigations to establish a diagnosis.
Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more accurately. Best wishes
