Suggest Remedy For Shortness Of Breath With Mild Chest Pains
Hi I'm 24 years old and female been feeling short of breath mild chest pains similar to those you may have I'n your lungs after running if your outta shape. Night sweats. I wake up every three hours at night while trying to sleep. Often I wake up frustrated and want to cry. I have been dizzy tired and my muscles feel weak. I am also always thirsty. Been to the doc had an irregular holter monitor result with my heart rate increasing thru the day up to 175bpm. Went for chest X-ray was fine, EKG normal. Echocardiogram results not on yet. Blood tests normal no signs of thyroid problem. I'm tired of feeling like crap everyday. My job is very stressful which adds to my symptoms. What can I do to feel better. I'm already on a lopresser and i haven't noticed any differences.
Noted you have done echo for your condition. Let see what is the report... But if it comes normal then your condition is most likely related to stress taking....
By stress you can have panic attack and so it can lead dizziness , sweating , chest pain
Try to avoid stress. Yoga and daily exercise useful. If possible job can changed...or solve the problem with discussing to your cowoker if you can't find solution...
You can consult psychiatrist for behavioural therapy session ..... Anxiolytic drug like aplrex can be taken.
If still problem pulmonary function test done.
