Suggest Remedy For Side Effects From Intake Of Pregabalin For Fibromyalgia

I suffer from fibromyalgia for the last 3 years. I am on pregabilin for several months now; struggle with weight gain due to the medication, no pain relief and sleep problems. Family and friends don t understand my condition and situation. What would you recommend for this condition?

I can understand your concern. A lot of individuals have problems of increased weight while on Pregabalin. The weight gain also results in poor response in fibromyalgia. If weight gain is persistent then other medicines like Topiramate can help. The medicine will help to reduce the pain associated with fibromyalgia and will also help in losing the weight gain caused due to Pregabalin. Please visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of this medicine.

Apart from this have healthy meals rich in proteins and complex carbs and low in fats and refined carbs. Exercise daily to stay healthy and to maintain weight.
