Suggest Remedy For Side Effects Post Oxycodone Withdrawal

I have been taking oxycodone for an ear surgery pain med. and promethazine for nausea. I quit taking the promethazine after a week but continued on the oxycodone a little longer. I tried once to get off of it but went back on because of pain and also because of extreme nervousness and irritability in my stomach. I no longer need it for pain but am experiencing terrible shakes in my legs, inability to sleep, and terrible shakiness and nervousness in my stomach. I feel like I just want to claw the walls. What can I do?
