I think I may have a sinus infection and was wondering what to do until I can see my Dr. on Monday. My head feels so full and headache and blowing my nose is thick with lots of thick greenish yellow mucus. I s there anything thing I can do to get some relief over the weekend?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Feeling of fullness of head and thick greenish yellow nasal discharge is suggestive of sinusitis or inflammation of sinus mainly frontal sinus.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and prescription of antibiotics.
A culture of nasal discharge may be required because there is suspicion of pseudomonal infection.
Pseudomonas is a bacteria which causes green colored discharge.
You may take nasal decongestants for now.
Antibiotic should be taken after consultation with doctor only.

Thanks and take care
