Suggest Remedy For Skin Pigmentation

Hi...i have been advised HH-Sone & HH-Fudic cream for my rashes on my face. I have an oily skin with pigmentation and photo-dermatitis. Oral medication that I am having is Minoz OD 50 & Antoxid HC & for pigmentation I am applying Tretin 0.05. Not seeing much help. My age is 32 and I am a male. What should I do?
