hello doctor,i want to ask regarding my skin problems i have tan on my skin on some parts and my skin colr inside colthes is nice but outside its wheatish color so wht shud i do i counsult may doctors but theay sunscreens,gels but no response plzzz advice me wht to do

As per your complain it seems that you have tanning of skin and it can be due to excessive sun exposure and the area that is exposed to sun gets tanned while the covered area is lighter in colour..
I would suggest you to limit sun exposure and always apply a SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.. You should apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin for reducing pigmentation.. You can also apply Vitamin E lotion.. You can go for full body steam and gently scrub the skin with a towel to remove dead skin.. Wear full sleeved clothes when going into sun and always cover the face if possible to prevent sun damage.. You can also exfoliate your face and body with a body and face scrub..
