I am diabetic, but my diabetes is well controlled. I developed a skin irritation around an a skin tag that was removed, but there was a small piece left. It appears rosy, and the area has grown. I thought it would just go away. I have tried switching deodorants. I have tried fungal creams, and I have noticed that my under arm appears to be smelly much more than usual.
