Suggest Remedy For Skin Rash
I have a redish purpleish rash in the crease of my inner leg, between my leg and vagina. I thought at first it might be from undies, but I m not sure, it s larger than the size of a quarter, maybe a half dollar. Doesn t itch or bother me at all until I put on undies.

You seem to have a fungal infection. Groin folds favor growth of the fungus due to factors like warmth, moisture and occlusion.
I suggest you to use a dusting powder that is antifungal and drying e.g Clotrimazole dusting powder. Use it 2-3 times a day.In addition You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Tab Cetrizine once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
