Suggest Remedy For Small Clots Discharge From Vagina

I had a blob of tissue come out of my vagina. It was about the size of a golf ball. There were a few small blood clots with it. I took a pregnancy test. Negative. When I handled the blob, it kind of opened into a sac. Everything says its a miscarriage but I m infertile to begin with, have my tubes tied, was on birthcontrol for a month to delay my cycle and I m 40. Can you tell me what it could have been. When I passed it the cramps were so bad I threw up because the pain was excruciating. After I passed it I was fine. Just light bleeding since them. This occurred in the middle of my period.

Presentation given by uou is definitely suggesting towards a miscarriage , as its some time possible that accidental pregnancy may occur even after tube ligation.
Ut secondly in your age it is very common to have uterine fibroid which may be expelled out specially mucosal or pedunculated fibroid.
I would suggest you to go for a ultrasound that wil make things more clear.
