Suggest Remedy For Small Crusty Itchy Area Just Inside The Nostril
i noticed a small crusty itchy area just inside the nostril which can be wiped off with a q-tip but recurrs. i do have some similar dry areas on the other nostril but not as much. if i put an ointment on it- it will go away but comes back-57 male non smoker

Hi.. This should not be a cause of worry to u.. Crusts form when the nasal secretions dry up.. Mostly occurs in dry conditions.. U can use saline nasal drops to keep ur nose moist and they re completely safe also.. No dryness and hence no crusts!
