Hello,
Allergic rhinitis and asthma are interlinked diseases. As you are having symptoms every 3-4 days my first recommendation would be nasal spray(azelastine combination).Romilast is an effective drug specifically indicated in allergic rhinitis associated with asthma. As you are taking variety of other drugs interaction is likely to happen.Nasal sprays are safe as they they do not have systemic action. My advice would be to start on nasal sprays and observe ,when their action takes over romilast can be stopped.
