Suggest Remedy For Sonography Detecting Gaseous Bowels Causing Severe Abdominal Pain

hi, iam 24 year old female. I am always a victim of severe stomach pain due to acidity and indigestion. i had a sonography done and the report read gaseous bowels found. I have avoided having junk foods and spicy stuffs like pickle in my meal, yet the problem persist. Please suggest me a solution

Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
You might be having acute gastritis. I advise you to take proton pump inhibitors for a month if the symptoms doesn't subside then take a prophylaxis for Hpylori infection and get endoscopy done to rule out any gastric or duodenal ulcer.
