Suggest Remedy For Sore On Inner Thigh Near Crotch

I am a female that just notice tonight that I have a sore on my inner thigh close to my private area I have been paralyzed nine and a half years and this the first sore really don t know what to do I can also speak my finger in it the scary part is is not on my butt is my inner thighs can you please help me and tell me what to put on it until I called the doctor tomorrow

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply clonet lotion or clo-trimazole cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
