Suggest Remedy For Sore, Swollen And Painful Ankles Post A Fall

I missed a step leaving my house and have pain in both ankles. The left is on top, left, and right side. This felt like it gave way with terrible pain. Can t put weight on it. The right is more to the inside and back of the ankle. I could not feel it until the pain subsided in the left. It is ver sore now. Not very swollen.
