I have a sore tongue. It is not swollen but sore often. I do drink alcahol, sparkling. I would say the pain is at the tip of my tongue, maybe underneath. My dentist feels that I have Lichen Planus, perhaps that affects my tongue ?Also on the sides of my tongue I notice white blisters
This could be due to lichen planus. I would suggest you to stop drinking alcohol. At home take lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Take tab vitcofol BD for 30 days.
Take care!
