Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat, Stuffy Nose, Headache And Upset Stomach

I have sore throat, headache, slight stuffy nose,back ache and feel sick to my stomach. No fever to speak of, not migraine although I do suffer from them. Indo not have tonsils and do not have white spots. I have had mono. I am an adult and feel like poo.
