Understanding your concern. Sore throat with ear ache and cough is due to spread of infection from respiratory tract to eustachian tube leading to eustachian tube dysfunction. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should go for blood tests and otoscopic examination and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Do warm saline gargles. Take steam inhalation. Take antiallergic medication such as Levocetirizine. Take proper course of antibiotic along with mucolytic agents.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
