Suggest Remedy For Sore Throat With Red Spots On Uvula.

2 days ago I was in bed sick with a sudden fever, headache, and sore throat. After sleeping the whole day, yesterday I was left with no fever but a sore throat and headache and rested the whole day. Today I went to my normal Monday routine feeling normal, except I have a sore throat left. Only real discomfort is when I swallow and small red spots on the dangly bit in my throat.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain, it seems that the symptoms of sudden fever. sore throat and red spots on uvula seems to be due to viral infection leading to Pharyngitis, Uvulitis along with fever..
As the fever has resolved and you are left wit sore throat the infection seems to be gradually resolving and will completely resolve in 3 to 4 days..
As of now to relieve the throat pain you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
You can do warm saline gargles and also gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.
You can suck throat lozenges..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and sip on plenty of warm water..
Do steam inhalations..
