I am having severe left side vaginal lip pain soreness its been about a month now and hasn t gone away its only getting worse also have this red mark on it for about 5 years now bleeds easily now there is two and they have changed in color I am also 7 mo. Pregnant

Based upon the history you have provided it seem that you have got urinary tract infection. You should consult your doctor so that appropriate antibiotics can be prescribed.
Dark spots which you are talking about need to examined by your obstetrician before a reasoned conclusion can be drawn..
