two weeks ago i got my appendix removed from laproscopic surgery because it was about to rupture. I have felt totally fine and no redness near any of my wounds but i pushed a little below my belly button, & realised that a fluid like puss is coming out . I am freaking out what should i do?

Hi here your wound is infected mostly.
Daily wound dressing should be done with betardine and h2o2.
Wound should be clean.
Take amoxicillin for 5 days.
Take vitamin c containing food.like orange.
Mostly with these help it will recover.
