Last night I took a large supplement tablet of L-Arginine and two other supplements which are supposed to help with men s virility. The tablet was outdated by about 2 years and did not look normal, but i took it anyway. It got stuck in my throat. Later I vomited it all up. Now my esophagus is very sore and it feels like something is still in there, but does not move. I assume I have bruised my esophagus. What should I do and how long will it take to return to normal? Thanks.
