Hello,

It is good to know that you have survived such a major fall from a two storey window. Since you are getting tingling sensation down your arm, neck is sore and you are not comfortable when you breath, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a neurologist. You may be referred to an orthopedics. Get X-Ray, CT / MRI done to detect any injury, fracture, internal injury, ligament tear, slip disc, etc. You will be treated accordingly. Since you are getting tingling down your arms, it may be indicative of nerve damage, get NCV tests, nerve biopsy, EEG, etc., done.

In the meantime, stay at rest. Avoid stress and anxiety. Avoid addictions if any. Application of heating pad on the area pain and stiffness is effective. Do not rotate your neck unnecessarily, let the soreness and discomfort get reduced. Take NSAIDS, Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS after food to ease discomfort. Take food rich in anti inflammatory properties. Take vitamin B6, B12, folate rich food or supplements. Stay well hydrated. Apply pain relieving ointment or sprays(Volini) for relieve. Take semi liquid food (oats meals, custard, etc). Take adequate sleep.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
