Suggest Remedy For Soreness In Wrist
Fell down over backwards, stopped the fall with my arms....wrist was imediately sore for a few days but then calmed down.....but now it's been three months and my wrist still gets sore from certain moments. It is the back of my wrist, around the lateral ulna area.
