Why does my butthole feel sore....? It doesn t hurt when i poop or anything the soreness is bearable but this feeling is very uncomfortable and i usually get it off and on and the sore doesn t seem to last for long and also i am in my first trimester of pregnancy this is my first pregnancy

You are pregnant.You might have constipation because of that can lead to pain and burning while defecationas stool hard...
Secondly there might be possibility of proctitis like inflammatory condition.
Drink more water with more fruits.
Avoid excess spicy food.
Mild activity done daily....
If still condition not improveming examination by surgeon done for piles.
Take care.
