Suggest Remedy For Soreness Of The Head And Dizziness
I fell and banged the back of my head four weeks ago and was unconscious I was very dizzy after I came round I went the hospital the next day they said I was fine but my head is still sore and still got a bump and still get dizziness even worse when I move my head

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say that if this is the head injury then this was need to be kept under the observation for 48 hours this is the rule, now you have some symptoms, so in my opinion CT head is must this would clear the doubt of some internal injury, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
