Suggest Remedy For Soreness On Tongue And Discomfort On Side Of Head
I have discomfort on my right side from head to toe, pain is on the back of my head even my toung is sore just my right side but left side is mostly blocked, I take steam every night plus I am taking follic asid since past 15 days, no visible abnormality can be seen on the toung, even my throat is little itchy on the right side

Blocked nose can lead to sinusitis / sinus infection and thus head ache. I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for clinical assessment and continue with steam inhalation.
