I am a 49 year old circumsized male. About 2 months ago I had a fungal infection on my penis that caused the skin on my penis to tear whenever I maturbated. I was told to apply Lotrimin. I did this for approximately 3 weeks. The infection disappeared, and the skin stopped tearing. I know have 2 small brownish/purple spots on the top of my penis immediately below the head. They do not itch, and there is no fluid. I also have a small white spot (scaly) on the shaft of my penis about 1/4 inch below these spots. I have not masturbated or had sex for 2 weeks but the spots are not clearing. What could this be? What can I do for it?
