I have spots in my scalp at the back of my ears no dandruff or head lice feels like I riddled though scratching all the time my daughter has checked no lice or eggs just spots which are mostly scabs now there s a tickling sensation even where there s no spots on my forehead.thank you Melissa

Scales and crust can appear in many skin diseases. If its acute i think its just eczema changed into hyperkeratosis. But a GP or dermatologist must check it. Meanwhile you can take tablet ebastine 10mg 1 × PO × BD × 5days with 1% hydrocortisone topical × BD.
