Suggest Remedy For Stabbing Pain In Left Calf Muscles
Working in my garage pushing a heavy engine part. Felt a "pop" in my left calf muscle. Stabbing pain, but doesn't affect flexibility in knee or foot. Feels better extended. Presently on ice.... what did I do? 50 year old male, 50 lbs too heavy.... not in the best shape.
