Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Actually your symptoms make me think of the following conditions:
1) Fibromyalgia
2) Polymyalgia rheumatica
3) Hypothyroidism
4) Extreme anxiety or illness anxiety disorder
5) Lupus erythematosus
6) Addison's disease
7) Hyperparathyroidism

My suggestions are as follows:
1) Take anti anxiety medication like tab. Lorazepam 2mg once daily for 1 week.
2) Then you can increase the dose to 2mg twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
3) Take pain relief medication like tab. Ibuprofen or tab. Naproxen twice daily.
4) To prevent gastric irritation, tab. Pantop 40mg is to be taken once daily before food.
5) It's preferable not to breast feed your infant as these medications may be secreted through breast milk.
6) Take tab. Becosules forte once daily
7) Calcium and vitamin D supplements are to be taken.

If you don't find any relief despite following the above treatment, consult a physician for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
