My mother is 73 years old her colon was removed twenty years ago she is having problems going to the bathroom she has been in the hospital for a week now and is no better. A colonoscopy was preformed yesterday and everything was normal her stomach still hurts her it s like her stomach does not empty out or her digestive parts are not working .
what she needs is endoscopy. from symptoms it appears she is having pyloric stenosis with regurgitation. this corelates pain instomachin any case it is not related to colonoscopy.
