I am diabetic and have a pain in my stomach that seems to be triggered by my wifes body heat while we sleep. I will feel a pain that seems to go to the left side of my stomach when we sleep and not the right side. it seems to trigger gas and repositioning in bed seems to stop it. Its weird and Im always worried about worms and parasites in my body. Please tell me Im not paranoid.
